Food Service Manager

The Food Service Supervisor is a key role at the EARL OF WHITCHURCH where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of food service operations.
Reporting to the Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service are consistently delivered across all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
This role requires a strong ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on training, development and performance management.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of food service staff to achieve performance goals and objectives
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and controlling food costs, inventory and supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
