Job Description

We are seeking a Food Service Team Lead to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Salary Information
