About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Residential Manager Assistant to join our team at Realstar Management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs as needed
  • Prepare apartments for new residents by conducting thorough cleaning and ensuring all necessary repairs are completed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with leasing suites and conduct viewings as required
  • Respond to on-call requests outside of regular business hours
Requirements
  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of minor maintenance and repair skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and respectful work culture
  • Availability to work some evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis
