Job OverviewAs a Concierge, you will be the face of high-end residential properties, responsible for greeting residents and visitors with exceptional customer service. Our most successful Concierges possess strong customer service backgrounds, problem-solving skills, and an ability to diffuse complex situations.
Available ShiftsSaturday and Sunday shifts are available in the Yaletown area:
- 3pm to 11pm
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience required
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary for efficient communication
You must be able to:
- Patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
- Safely receive, store, and handle standard packages from couriers and carriers
- Work in various environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)
This part-time position offers:
- $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
