We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Property Assistant Manager to join our team at Wesley Place in Vancouver.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills. As an Assistant Resident Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators.
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs to ensure the property remains in good condition.
  • Prepare apartments for new residents by conducting thorough inspections and making any necessary repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with leasing suites and coordinate viewings as needed.
  • Be on-call to respond to emergencies and address any issues that may arise outside of regular working hours.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Basic knowledge of minor maintenance tasks, such as plumbing and electrical work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
