Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing, development, and succession planning programs to support the organization's diverse needs and ensuing growth.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Development: Develop short-, mid-, and long-term human capital sourcing, development, and succession planning strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Support the development and roll-out of employee sourcing, development, and succession planning programs in conjunction with the implementation and enhancement of Ceridian Dayforce Talent modules.
- Process Standardization: Develop and implement standardized processes and templates for key sourcing, development, and succession planning activities.
- KPI Development: Develop KPIs and related reporting metrics for tracking progress against strategic sourcing, development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Experience: 7+ years of talent acquisition/talent development experience.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline; CPHR designation is considered an asset.
- Skills: Proven expertise in developing and implementing talent development and succession planning programs, building proactive sourcing programs, and networking with senior-level candidates.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
