**About the Role:**

The Mullings Group Search Canada is currently seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Victoria, BC.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will work closely with senior management and external stakeholders to develop short-, mid- and long-term human capital sourcing and succession planning initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement talent development and succession planning programs in support of organizational growth and diversity
  • Support the development and roll-out of employee sourcing and succession planning programs in conjunction with Ceridian Dayforce Talent modules
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and templates for key sourcing and succession planning activities
  • Foster internal talent mobility for succession planning, talent development, and optimization of key resources/skills
  • Drive organizational workforce planning discussions, identifying critical positions and high-potential key talent

**Qualifications:**

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Development
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field; CPHR designation considered an asset
  • Proven expertise in talent development and succession planning programs
  • Experience networking with senior-level candidates and establishing third-party vendor agreements/contracts
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of Canadian Labour and Employment Laws

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience.
