**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Operations Officer to join our finance team. This role will focus on maintaining accounting records at the divisional level and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily cash application for 4 divisions
  • Reconcile monthly bank accounts in Sage
  • Respond to customer account inquiries
  • Proactively manage all accounts
  • Ensure adherence to corporate AR and Accounting policies
  • Manage fixed asset continuity schedule

 

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years of full cycle accounting experience with multiple entities
  • Strong skills in reconciling AP, AR, Inventory, GL
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, with occasional overtime required
  • Excellent Excel skills

 

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
