About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Hospitality Operations Executive to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott Barrie. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of guest service, staff management, and financial performance meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish clear goals, objectives, and policies that align with the hotel's vision and mission.
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication, training, and development programs.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues, owners, and guests, to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality leadership roles, preferably in a similar property type or industry segment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
