Job Responsibilities
  • Support investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meet client requests.
  • Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions for all investment accounts.
  • Analyze, open, and update client files, producing portfolio management reports as needed.
  • Manage administrative aspects of client files by scheduling appointments, preparing client meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A completed college or university diploma in a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, or financial industry.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, dynamically, and meticulously.
