Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NA 786 Transportation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and MS Office.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
