Human Resources Labour Relations Specialist

The YMCA of the National Capital Region is seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Labour Relations Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and implement effective labour relations strategies, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace culture.
- Create a comprehensive digital repository of labour relations tools, accessible to YMCAs across Canada.
- Possess a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Human Resources, or an undergraduate degree in Labour Relations or a related field.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate a solid background in HRIS and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The estimated salary for this position is $79,164 CAD per year, based on industry standards and location.
