We are seeking a compassionate and results-oriented Full Time Manager of People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing human resources and operations functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage human resources and operations functions, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, payroll, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and improve our HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and labor relations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary school diploma or certificate in a related field – human resources management preferred.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in human resources management, with a focus on operational leadership.
  • Minimum of one year staff management experience, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Experience working in labour relations and unionized environments, with expertise in collective bargaining and grievance resolution.
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
