We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Chubby's Variety. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Team Members to Duties
- Authorize Return of Merchandise
- Establish Work Schedules
- Sell Merchandise
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters
- Resolve Issues that May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints, and Supply Shortages
- Organize and Maintain Inventory
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Sales Team Members
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Sales or a Related Field
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or Equivalent Experience
- Availability for Shift or On-Call Work
- Availability for the Advertised Start Date
- Current Legal Ability to Work in Canada
- Previous Experience in Sales or a Related Field
- Provides Physical Accessibility Accommodations
- Supports Social and Labour Market Integration of Newcomers and Refugees
- Develops and Maintains Relationships with Indigenous Communities and Organizations
- Applies Hiring Policies that Discourage Discrimination against Visible Minorities
- Permanent Full-Time Position
