About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 8012873 Canada Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail service establishment and wholesale establishment/store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and establish work schedules.
  • Sales Operations: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment and wholesale establishment/store.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, team player.
