Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and establishing work schedules.
- Provide guidance and support to sales staff to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Sales Performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or disposal of slow-moving items.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Sales Team Lead will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
