Sales Team Lead

Chubby's Variety is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
