Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Petro-Canada gas station. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
