Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 8012873 Canada Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Store Security: Ensure that the store is secure and that all security protocols are followed.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
