Chubby's Variety is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize return of merchandise, and establish work schedules.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, and organize and maintain inventory.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
