Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

About the Role:

The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth. As a leader in our front office department, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, including guest services, front desk, and reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial goals, ensuring revenue growth and cost control.
  • Lead and supervise front office staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and maintain front office operations, ensuring brand standards and company policies are met.
  • Supervise reservation functions, including yield management, to maximize RevPar.
  • Ensure staff is knowledgeable about hotel facilities, promotions, and local activities.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture focused on guest service and recommend incentives to increase revenue.
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Assist hotel management with special reports and projects.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Service-focused personality with the ability to lead by example.
  • Computer-savvy and experience with property management systems an asset.
  • Well-organized self-starter with results-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
