Insurance Business Development Manager

This role involves managing high-value client accounts and driving business initiatives for a leading healthcare services company in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will support and optimize service delivery, enhance client retention, and generate opportunities for account growth. They will contribute strategically to market intelligence and business development efforts, collaborating closely with operational and business teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic corporate clients, managing all operational and strategic aspects to maintain strong relationships.
- Deepen and expand relationships with key client stakeholders, applying in-depth knowledge of the client's market and value alignment.
- Oversee complex cases, manage escalation processes, and coordinate stakeholder communications to address client needs efficiently.
- Identify and implement initiatives for operational efficiencies, improved profitability, and enhanced customer experience.
Benefits Package:
The selected candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, telemedicine, and wellness services, available after 90 days. Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 4+ years of B2B account management experience within a service-based environment.
- Proven track record of successful client management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Estimated Salary Range:
$104,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience.
