Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Canada. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple provinces using ADP software.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations, including payroll tax submissions and remittances.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving payroll processes and efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in payroll administration, with strong familiarity with ADP systems.
  • Knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations and practices, including tax compliance.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
