Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation and Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Workforce Now Payroll piece to support clients and run payroll on an advanced platform.

Key responsibilities of the job include gathering requirements from clients, meeting with them to understand their needs, ensuring proper configuration of the payroll system, and managing multiple clients/projects to ensure successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, AP/AR roles, as well as PCP certification or fundamental NPI courses. Additionally, they should have client service experience and at least 1 year of Canadian work experience.
