Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR and Finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple provinces using ADP software.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations, including payroll tax submissions and remittances.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits with professionalism and accuracy.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving payroll processes and efficiencies.
- Previous experience in payroll administration, with strong familiarity with ADP systems.
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations and practices, including tax compliance.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
