The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are met in various sites or facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, and developing a team of cleaning staff.
- Inspecting sites or facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinating and scheduling cleaning activities to meet deadlines and client requirements.
- Assisting cleaners in performing duties and providing guidance on proper cleaning techniques.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
