Job Summary:
Nova Scotia Health, the largest provider of health services in Nova Scotia, seeks a Radiation Therapy Professional to join our team. This permanent full-time position is available in the Central Zone, Dickson Building - QEII.

Job Responsibilities:
This role involves providing radiation therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, preparing patients for treatment, and monitoring treatment progress. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
Requirements:
- A graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program in Canada or a non-Canadian program recognized by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
- License and registration with the Nova Scotia College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals
- Excellent working knowledge of relevant computer software programs
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $66 per hour, with up to $5000 in relocation assistance available. The successful candidate may also be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
