About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Client Growth Director to join our team at CloudKettle Inc. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and building a renewable book of business through new client acquisition and retainers.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, providing executive-level strategic advice and leading client engagements for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Executive Sponsor and lead for clients, providing top-tier service, Revenue Operations best practices, and strategic guidance.
  • Build a retainer-based book of business and drive sales growth through client acquisition in a targeted vertical.
  • Contribute to and oversee significant ARR by improving client health and value provided.
  • Oversee delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to grow the CloudKettle practice.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience selling to C-suite leaders, communicating value propositions effectively.
  • Industry recognized certifications, including Salesforce Certifications (an asset).
  • Experience managing complex projects and relationships with c-suite clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

CloudKettle Inc offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
