Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a Document Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Process and manage documents, including mail, faxes, and emails, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Scanning and Indexing: Scan and index documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Claims Processing: Process claims cheques, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Printing and Distribution: Print and distribute documents, including claim files and policy documents.
  • Scanner Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on scanners, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer software and systems, including scanning and indexing tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and management.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
