Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a Document Clerk, you will be responsible for processing mail, scanning documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process mail and prepare it for scanning, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Scan documents and verify their clarity, rescan if necessary, and store them in the corresponding boxes for onward shipment.
  • Index documents to file, following established procedures and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Process claims cheques, printing files, and accessing E-Mitchell and CGI websites to download CAA data.
  • Distribute mail within the building, access Tritech FTP site, and maintain a list of policies printed but not mailed out.
  • Retrieve original documents as required by adjusters and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform scanner maintenance, including cleaning and calibrating scanners to ensure optimal performance.
