Job Title: Document Clerk

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Clerk to join our team. As a Document Clerk, you will be responsible for processing mail, scanning documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mail, including opening and preparing batches for scanning
  • Scan documents to appropriate queues, verifying each image for clarity
  • Maintain accurate records of batches scanned and document movement
  • Index documents to file, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Process claims cheques, printing files, and accessing E-Mitchell and CGI websites
  • Distribute mail within the building and maintain a list of policies printed but not mailed out
Requirements:
  • Document Management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
