Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at The Hospitality Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are always available to meet customer demand.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
