Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at BC Liquor Stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot
  • Assist with sales and inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Be at least 19 years of age
  • Be able to legally work in Canada
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the public
  • Demonstrate aptitude for cashier and related duties, including calculations
  • Perform physically demanding work, including lifting 20-25 kg boxes
  • Have a valid Serving It Right Certificate
