Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Relative Gravity Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is always clean and well-organized.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months
