Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at The Hospitality Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
- Establish work schedules and manage employee performance.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor and control inventory shrinkage and implement measures to prevent losses.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform inventory management and marketing strategies.
- Personal Suitability
- Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Exhibit reliability and a strong work ethic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
