Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at The Hospitality Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and inventory of liquor products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and reported.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work Schedule
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language
- English.
