Origination and Advisory Expert

Collage HR is seeking a highly skilled Origination and Advisory Expert to join our team. As a key member of our CDaaS team, you will be responsible for generating conversations with key acquisition targets on behalf of our clients, and advancing those conversations forward.

You will connect with decision makers at those targets primarily through phone, email, or LinkedIn, determine their strategic initiatives, confirm suitability for our clients, prepare memos, and make introductions to our clients. Our prospecting tools and software are advanced, and you will have access to well-documented and segmented outreach targets in our CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, nurture, and manage a prospect pipeline
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in our CRM
  • Embrace data-oriented practices to optimize personal performance
  • Exhibit a thirst for ongoing learning and development to ensure target achievement, professional growth, and increased knowledge of M&A and capital markets
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or a relevant field, having graduated near the top of your class
  • Keen understanding of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital markets
  • Outstanding ability to engage and influence prospects over email/LinkedIn/phone
Languages of Interest:

Portuguese, Mandarin, Spanish
