Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Management to develop compelling sales strategies and messaging.
  • Design and develop client-specific bid process materials, including proposals, presentations, and sales-related content.
  • Lead the written components of the bid process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Synthesize complex product and client information to create customized sales materials that drive results.
  • Manage multi-phased projects, working cross-functionally with partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop and manage project planning processes to ensure timely and effective delivery.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales content.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a deep understanding of business and strategic acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and delivery.
