Customer Support Specialist

We are a rapidly expanding IT company in Toronto, Canada, offering innovative solutions in software development. Our mission is to create products that improve the lives of our customers worldwide. Due to team growth, we are seeking an energetic and responsible Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Providing customer support via phone, email, and online chat regarding the use of our products and services.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, offering detailed instructions and recommendations.
- Escalating complex inquiries to technical specialists or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintaining and updating records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product and service quality.
- Training customers on new features and product updates through webinars and training materials.
- Adhering to service quality standards and company corporate procedures.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proficiency in English at a level of at least Upper-Intermediate for effective communication with international clients. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Understanding of technological products and services, ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, politeness, and customer orientation.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to make independent decisions within one's competence.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic office programs.
- Ability to work in a team, as well as effectively organize one's own work time.
- Higher education in information technology, business, or related fields is an advantage.
