We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Candidate Name to join our Brink's National Client Services (BNCS) team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers and crew members, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
- Collaborate with internal partners to find timely resolutions for customer requests and concerns.
- Work within established frameworks and processes to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Deliver reports as required and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bilingualism in English and French is a must.
- A positive attitude and desire to improve processes and suggest ways to enhance the customer experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Call Centre, Customer Facing role, or Help Desk environment.
- Calm demeanor with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Technical savvy and ability to walk customers through solutions over the phone.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written, able to deliver concise messages for a wide audience.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operation where shifts are scheduled based on business needs.
- Experience working with technology.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
Location: Etobicoke, Ontario. This is an in-office position, with no remote work options available.
