Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Industrial Scientific Corporation. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality telephone and email support to customers, utilizing your technical expertise and customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Accurately document customer information and detailed problem descriptions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and professional resolution of customer requests, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and outstanding resourcefulness.
  • Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and support procedures, delivering accurate solutions to customers and providing exceptional support.
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills, interacting effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Technical and troubleshooting proficiency, training, and experience.
  • Fluency in French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of customer service management systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in providing customer service and technical support.
  • Additional language skills a plus.

Education and/or Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent work experience.
