Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Client Account Management to join our team at Mufg Investorservices.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional with excellent client management skills and a deep understanding of the fund administration industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth within our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for all client queries.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and operations staff at our clients.
  • Own and manage incidents/errors end to end in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Host monthly service calls with clients with our SLA and KPI data.
  • Participate in client DDQ's and oversight of periodic due diligence visits.
  • Determine RAG rating for clients. Escalation to internal senior management where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering excellent client service, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Third Level Qualification (degree or higher) in a relevant field.
  • No less than 10 years' experience working in the fund administration or asset management industry, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Excellent business acumen through a strong understanding of the fund administration business and the drivers of profitability and success.
  • Exceptional client service skills and the ability to satisfy the requirements of a complex and demanding client base.
  • Strong computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
