We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Management Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, acting as an escalation point for queries and issue resolution. Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed is also a key aspect of this role. The individual will assess high-risk areas and implement necessary controls to minimize operational risks.
Main Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date management reporting as required
- Participate in global projects and initiatives to improve procedures and enhance our product offering
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a management position from previously working within fund accounting or the Investor Operations/relations team with exposure to AML/KYC processes
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex issues providing guidance assistance and training when required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency using both Microsoft and Adobe products is an asset
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
