As a Sales Development Manager at Dash Hudson, you will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and work closely with the Senior Director of Sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, be sales-minded, and driven by targets. They should also have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a love for data analysis.
About the Role
In this position, you will participate in the hiring process for new SDRs, provide training and coaching to ensure their early success, and contribute to improving prospecting and outreach strategies. You will also engage with the Senior Director to ensure pipeline quality and measure, monitor, and report on Sales Development KPIs. Additionally, you will leverage product training and applicable sales training on an ongoing basis and evaluate processes and policies as necessary to ensure business goals are met.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, retirement plans, life insurance, disability insurance, employee assistance program, bonuses, and wellness programs.
