About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Change Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving change management activities, communications, and process improvements across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Assessment: Evaluate the scale and complexity of workplace transitions using standardized tools and methodologies.
  • Day-to-day Change Management: Develop and implement tailored change management activities and materials for each project's complexity and stakeholders, leveraging our Workplace Change Center of Excellence templates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Refine and enhance our Workplace Change CoE materials and processes to streamline and improve future projects.
  • Emerging Issues and Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential issues and risks to adjust Workplace Change planned activities and content accordingly.
  • Communications Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to drive awareness and understanding of changes.
  • Business as Usual (BAU) Transition: Oversee the transition to BAU, sourcing feedback through surveys and stakeholder sessions, identifying corrective actions and future adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate moves and change management, managing variable numbers of stakeholders across multiple groups.
  • Qualifications: Prosci change management certification and/or change management experience, highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Skills: Verbal, written communication and presentation skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, influence skills.
