Workplace Change Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Change Manager to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a Workplace Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving change management activities, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth transition of workplace changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the scale and complexity of workplace transitions using standardized tools.
  • Develop and implement tailored change management activities and materials for each project's complexity and stakeholders.
  • Build workback schedules, timelines, transition plans, incorporating Project Pillar feedback.
  • Consistently refine Workplace Change CoE materials and processes to streamline and enhance future projects.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and risks to adjust Workplace Change planned activities and content accordingly.
  • Leverage CoE components to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to drive awareness and understanding of changes.
  • Oversee the transition to Business as Usual (BAU), sourcing feedback through surveys and stakeholder sessions, identifying corrective actions and future adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Experience with corporate real estate moves and change management, managing variable number of stakeholders across multiple groups.
  • Prosci change management certification and/or change management experience.
  • Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration & team skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influence skills.
