Job Summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to drive business transformation and lead organizational change initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans to drive business transformation and organizational change.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on change management best practices and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business transformation and organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
