About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Strategist to join our team at Canadian Tire Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and evaluate change management programs
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees are equipped to adapt to change
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in a complex business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
