Job Title: Change Management Manager

At Bank of Montreal, we're seeking a seasoned Change Management Manager to drive business transformation and lead our teams through change initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing change management plans, ensuring seamless transitions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change
  • Provide guidance and support to teams undergoing change, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Lead the design and implementation of change management programs, leveraging business analysis and project delivery expertise
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, business analysis, or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through change management initiatives
  • Strong business analysis and project delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
