CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $90-$95 per hour, with guaranteed 36 hours of work per week. Overtime pay is also available beyond 44 hours worked per week.
Job DescriptionThis is a fixed-term contract position that offers a unique chance to broaden your horizons and enhance your skills in a world-class healthcare facility. As an experienced nurse, you will be expected to provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency department, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have at least one year of experience in acute care and hold a current BLS certification. You should also be eligible to practice in Alberta and possess a valid RN license.
BenefitsThis role offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including flexible scheduling, housing allowance, and relocation assistance. You will also have access to free accommodation throughout your contract, as well as a one-time travel coverage of up to $500 for one-way travel expenses (subject to 100 shift hours completion).
Additional PerksIn addition to the above benefits, you will also receive a night shift bonus of $5 differential for night shifts, as well as a per diem allowance of $75 per working day to cover your expenses. You will have the flexibility to choose from a range of shift options, including 8-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts, and can work as needed on weekends and evenings.
